Cull ‘N Pistol

Cull ‘N Pistol refers to a lobster that has one or both claws missing. Our Cull ‘N Pistol Seafood Restaurant was born from our love of eating quality seafood. Hong Kong’s seafood rich dining culture made this city the perfect place to bring our East to West Coast American seafood restaurant to life. There is nowhere better than Cull ‘N Pistol to enjoy lobster, fish, mussels, clams, crab, prawns and more.

Cull ‘N Pistol is a casual seafood restaurant in Hong Kong, situated on the picturesque waterfront of Sai Wan Ho at SoHo East, Lei King Wan, Shop GA1-3, 55 Tai Hong Street.

Cull ‘N Pistol

seafood restaurant decor

Our Seafood Restaurant Cull ‘N Pistol’s décor is not typical of a seafood restaurant in Hong Kong.  We have gone the extra mile to create a nautical-themed dining experience. You’ll enjoy white panel walls, sandalwood flooring, coastal sea blue highlights, and nautical decorations that transport our diners to a seaside dining experience akin to enjoying seafood at a lighthouse. Its French doors provide indoor seating with the feel of al fresco dining — our Hong Kong seafood eatery offers the best of both worlds.

Cull ‘N Pistol

seafood restaurant menu

Our seafood restaurant is influenced by East Coast New England’s rustic seafood stories and West Coast America’s melting pot of cultures. Utilizing the ocean’s natural flavors, we have created a menu of timeless classics at our Hong Kong seafood restaurant.

From the East Coast try our signatures Crab and Heirloom Tomato Salad with iceberg lettuce and topped with an onsen egg.  Or under Mains try the New England inspired Clam Bake for two people, which features favorite Hong Kong seafood like lobster, clams, mussels, shrimp and baby squid, as well as flavorful chorizo and potatoes cooked in a simmering rich umami shellfish broth with corn-on-the cob on top.

From our West Coast selection taste California-inspired Salmon Sashimi with crispy sweet corn, yellow bell pepper sauce, chipotle sauce and coconut dressing, or under Mains, our Sea & Rice — a dish infused with fresh coriander made into a paste, with Hong Kong seafood favorites like clams, fish, mussels, prawn and squid plus bright green peas, and sweet corn. All dishes pair well with a glass of bubbles or rosé wine to finish off your seafood restaurant meal, order our Shore Tiramisu — the best in town!
