Mark Cholewka, CEO/Founder

Shore Hospitality was formed in 2010 by Mark Cholewka, a distinguished chef having cooked for some of the world’s most well-known personalities including Fidel Castro, Bill Clinton and Lee Kwan Yew. After working as the Group Operations Director for Igors Group and opening multiple venues with them, Mark ventured out opening several successful restaurants of his own including Shore, The Salted Pig, The Blind Pig, Cull ‘N Pistol and The Pizza Pig. In addition to expanding the Shore Hospitality stable, Mark and his team have consulted and managed several different successful restaurant brands in Hong Kong. Mark firmly believes that the term ‘hospitality’ defines it all for him – thus ensuring that Shore Hospitality aims to constantly provide people with the best quality food for the best prices in fantastic venues.

In addition to opening its own restaurants, Shore Hospitality also acts as a valued consultant and coming entrepreneurs looking to open their own restaurant. With a highly skilled team of restaurant professionals, the Shore team is fully equipped to manage venues from concept to cash-up. The company is constantly looking for new opportunities in the Asian region to expand its current brands such as The Salted PigThe Blind Pig & The Pizza Pig in the near future.
